2013 Sam Cupp Impact Award Winner – Linda M. Orlans

Linda M. Orlans was nominated in 2013 for the Sam Cupp Impact Award. She is a perfect candidate from her dedication to her companies to her overwhelming involvement within the community. In 1996 Linda founded Orlans Associates, PC – a law firm serving the real estate financial industry. Her hard-working entrepreneurial spirit helped her launch multiple successful ventures including eTitle Agency, a title and settlement service company, Orlans Moran, PLLC, Atlantic Law Group, LLC, eTitle Agency, Inc., eAMC Agency, eVantage Services and Towne Auction. Today there are over 600 employees working within Orlans’ companies.

Linda’s list of charity involvement is extensive because she is deeply involved in so many things. She currently serves leadership roles at Beyond Basics, Detroit Institute of Arts, Junior Achievement, Macomb Community College, Michigan Opera Theatre, Michigan State University College of Law, THAW, and Women Executives in Banking. The same year she won the Sam Cupp Impact Award she also received the Birmingham Community House Award for Philanthropy and Leadership and the Northwood University’s 2013 Distinguished Women’s Award.

Linda continues to do great things! In 2015, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder nominated Linda to serve as a Trustee on the State of Michigan Building Authority.  Linda is focused on betterment for herself and for others. She embodies the spirit that will give hope to our next generation of leaders.
