Held at the luxurious and historic Meadow Brook Hall estate on the campus of Oakland University, our 2021 Corks & Forks will feature a 1920’s garden party theme and plenty of opportunities to network with senior business executives from Southeast Michigan. Chaired by Tom McMillen, Executive Director Global Purchasing - Chassis & Body Structure at General Motors, join us for an exquisite and fun-filled evening at a true American castle. Our live auction will include unique experiences and personal meetups with automotive industry executives. All activities will be outdoors with safety precautions including limited attendance and social distancing.
Round up your golfing friends and spend a fun-filled day on the links at the historic Indianwood Country Club in Lake Orion, MI. Golfers will enjoy 18 holes at one of the top golf courses in America while supporting students in Metro Detroit. Please note all activities will have precautions in place to have social distancing and limit large crowds. This event is co-chaired by Mindi Fynke, president and CEO of EHIM, and Frank Orsini, executive vice president and president of Lear’s Seating business.
This exclusive event will commemorate our legacy of transforming metro-Detroit high school students into self-reliant, employable, and productive adults, and this year’s outstanding award winners. Recipients of the 2021 Winning Futures Student Scholarships will participate in a brief awards program. 2021 sponsors will be recognized for their commitment and support. Attendance is by invitation only. All activities will be outdoors under a covered plaza with safety precautions including limited attendance and social distancing.
