We are pleased to welcome Razzaaq McConner, vice president of Purchasing & Supply Chain – Americas, to our Board of Directors.
“Winning Futures gives me the opportunity to mentor and develop young people who faced the same challenges as I did as a high school student in Pontiac,” said McConner. “I want to use my influence to impact the organization on a larger scale.”
Razzaaq joined Adient in October 2020 after spending 17 years at Stellantis and tier one suppliers. Adient is an automotive seating supplier with 208 manufacturing facilities in 33 countries with 75,000 employees. Razzaaq is responsible for direct materials and indirect materials purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, and supplier diversity for North and South America supporting 42 manufacturing facilities. He is an AIAG board member of Adient, co-executive chair of Adient’s African Ancestry Business Resource Group, and a member of Wayne State University’s Supply Chain Advisory Council.
