Alyssa Bacha, Sales Director, LoanCraft, Winning Futures Class of 1998
When Alyssa was a student at Cousino High School, she struggled to envision what she wanted for her future. With help from her Winning Futures facilitator, Laurie Tarter, she assessed her skills and interests and created a resume and five-year strategic plan. After graduating, Alyssa went to work full-time at TransUnion and attended Baker College where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Today, Alyssa is a sales director at LoanCraft providing human resource services to financial institutions.
“Winning Futures helped me prepare for life after high school,” said Alyssa. “Because of the program, I started working earlier and I’m further along in reaching my career goals.”
