Winning Futures is excited to welcome a new board member – Mary Oxendine Adams, Owner of Human Capital Staffing, LLC in Bloomfield Hills.

Mary Oxendine Adams is a resident of Bloomfield and an alumni of Michigan State University. She has been the business owner of Human Capital Staffing, a full service staffing company with over $8 million in business, since 1995. Not only does she oversee all the activities of the company, she also finds time to volunteer and sit on several committees. She currently serves on Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council and DTE Supplier Diversity Advisory Council, is a member of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and volunteers with the high school program at Kensington Church (EDGE) and in the media center at Seaholm High School.

Mary brings extensive networking and fund raising abilities to the Winning Futures Board of Directors. Her company, Human Capital Staffing, has supported Winning Futures for over 15 years by providing payroll services, golf sponsorships, mentorship, and scholarship judging. Mary’s brother, Sam Cupp, founded Winning Futures in 1994. She is extremely excited to be involved in this organization.

Mary shared her excitement on joining the Board of Directors at Winning Futures, “I am proud to support the vision that my brother Sam had when he founded Winning Futures. I am honored and humbled to help carry out his legacy with an organization for which he was so passionate about. It has improved, and continues to improve the lives of so many children.”
