We are honored to welcome Tim Mailley, vice president – global head of Ford business unit at Yazaki North America, to our Board of Directors.

Tim began his career at Yazaki North America in 1991 and has climbed the corporate ladder ever since. He started with stints in purchasing, project management, and sales and is now the vice president – global head of Ford business unit. He is responsible for the company’s Ford business and leading a team of 300 non-technical associates in spearheading cross-functional initiatives across departments to achieve business goals for bottom-line profits. He’s also involved in the community, serving as an assistant coach for several Northville-area youth sports teams.
