Dino Nardicchio, global vice president of Advanced Technology Engineering for Magna Seating has been elected to the Winning Futures Board of Directors.

Nardicchio began his 28-year automotive industry career at General Motors. He joined Magna Seating in 1997, and has since held many positions including product engineer, product manager, chief engineer, group director, executive director and global vice president of Research and Development (R&D) where he created Magna Seating’s Innovation Development Process and was responsible for global R&D resources developing incremental and disruptive innovations.
As the global vice president of Advanced Technology Engineering, Nardicchio is an innovation and product portfolio strategy champion. His responsibilities include consumer research, core product management, original equipment manufacturer engagement, new business development engineering, benchmarking, safety and intellectual property activities.
