Great organizations are shaped by people who believe in the power of others. Leaders who didn’t get where they are alone. People who understand that success grows when it’s shared. That’s why we’re proud to welcome three new members to our Board of Directors: Megan Fisher of Autoliv (left), Drew Parikh of AH Group (center), and Cheryl Zula of Manga Electronics (right). Each brings a unique story, deep expertise, and a shared belief in mentorship, opportunity, and planning for the future.
Megan Fisher, President and CEO, Autoliv
Some people build careers by chasing titles. Others build them by learning the work from every angle and lifting others along the way. Megan Fisher has followed the second path.
Across roles in sales, program management, and purchasing, Megan has led teams, built global relationships, and helped guide strategies that impact millions. Yet when she reflects on her journey, she points first to the people who supported her.
“I have been fortunate in my career to have the support of mentors, family, and friends that have given me guidance and support along the way,” Megan shared.
That experience now fuels her desire to give back.
“I have reached a point in my professional and personal life where I feel I have the space and strong desire to give back to others that have career aspirations.”
“Megan brings a rare combination of global business experience and genuine humility,” said President and CEO Kris Marshall. “She understands that success doesn’t happen in isolation and that mentorship, guidance, and opportunity matter.”
Megan joins our board with a deep appreciation for the moment our students are in right now, a moment full of questions, potential, and possibility.
Drew Parikh, President and CEO, AH Group
Drew Parikh knows what it means to build something meaningful and stay committed for the long haul.
In 2009, Drew and his late business partner, Dhawal Zatakia, set out to grow AH Group into a global competitor. Through vision, consistency, and strong relationships, that goal became reality. Today, AH Group supports major manufacturers across North America and Europe, helping solve complex supply chain challenges in industries ranging from automotive to food and beverage.
But what drives Drew goes beyond growth.
“If we can help someone’s future now,” Drew said, “the world becomes a better place in the long run and better for all of our kids and families.”
He’s especially passionate about creating pathways into skilled trades and helping students see careers they may not have imagined.
“Drew understands what it takes to build something that lasts,” Kris shared. “He brings a global perspective, a strong sense of responsibility to community, and a genuine belief in young people.”
Drew joins our board with the conviction that when we invest in students today, we strengthen communities for generations.
Cheryl Zula, Vice President of Purchasing, Magna Electronics
Some leaders are known for what they accomplish. Others are remembered for how they help others grow. Cheryl Zula has done both.
Over more than three decades in the automotive industry, Cheryl has led complex global efforts and strengthened supply chains. Along the way, she’s consistently invested her time in mentoring, volunteering, and service, supporting women in engineering and manufacturing, mentoring through Magna, and giving back locally through organizations like 100 Women Who Care Downriver.
Her commitment to young people is personal and intentional.
“At this stage of my career, I have the time and the desire to make a difference close to home,” Cheryl shared. “I understand that opportunity changes lives, especially when young people are surrounded by adults who are willing to share their experience and help them plan for what’s next.”
“Cheryl has spent her career solving complex problems and mentoring others along the way,” Kris said. “She brings a deep belief in giving back and a heart for community.”
Whether she’s hosting friends and family or serving on our board, Cheryl is someone who brings people together.
Looking Ahead
Megan, Drew, and Cheryl come from different paths, but they share a common belief: mentorship matters, opportunity changes lives, and the future is built with intention. We’re honored that they’ve chosen to invest their time, insight, and leadership in our students.
Welcome to the Winning Futures family! We’re so glad you’re here.
