We are proud to announce that Kimberley has joined our Board of Directors, bringing with her a powerful combination of global leadership, strategic vision, and a deep passion for mentoring the next generation.
Kimberley serves as Executive Director of Chassis Body Structures Purchasing in Global Purchasing and Supply Chain at General Motors. In this role, she leads global teams responsible for strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across complex vehicle systems. Her work spans more than 700 suppliers and a global team of over 200 professionals, helping guide innovation and operational excellence across the automotive industry.
But ask Kimberley what matters most, and the conversation quickly turns to people.
Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating opportunities for others to grow. That same commitment is what drew her to Winning Futures.
“Mentorship has shaped so much of my professional and volunteer work,” Kimberley shared. “I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, set meaningful goals, and navigate the challenges ahead of them. Winning Futures invests in students over many years, and that long-term commitment to their growth is something I deeply believe in.”
Kimberley’s experience leading global teams, navigating complex supply chains, and cultivating strong partnerships will help strengthen the organization’s ability to connect students with real-world career opportunities, especially in STEM and advanced manufacturing fields.
