We are pleased to announce that Todd Kennedy has joined our Board of Directors. Todd is the vice president global GM seating at Lear.

Todd has been a career-long employee of Lear Corporation, joining the company through an internship in May of 1996. During his 25-year career at Lear, Todd has held strategic roles in sales, program management, operations, and engineering. In 2017, he was named the Vice President of Lear’s General Motors Business unit, responsible for driving operational excellence, strategy and growth, employee engagement, and a culture of safety and inclusion. Prior to this position, Todd was the Managing Director for Lear’s Italian Business Unit, a position he held since May 2015.
Todd earned a BS in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
