Safety Precautions

We are working closely with Indianwood staff to create an event that is not only safe, but lots of fun too! Here are some of the safety precautions we are taking:

  1. Attendance will be limited to the number of golfers deemed safe by the State of Michigan and Oakland County. Note: This number might change, up or down, as we get closer to the event date.
  2. The breakfast buffet has been replaced with breakfast bars and related food items in each golf cart. The open grill lunch has been replaced with boxed lunches. Arrangements for dinner will be determined at a later date.
  3. An on-site check-in table will be set up with safety protocols including a plastic barrier between staff and guests.
  4. The indoor bar has been replaced by coolers located outdoors from which golfers can fill up their individual drink bags with beer, soda, water, and other packaged drinks.
  5. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be located throughout the event.
  6. All event participants are expected to abide by State of Michigan and Oakland County COVID-related safety protocols including mask and social distancing guidelines.
  7. All event participants are expected to abide by State of Michigan and Oakland County COVID-related safety protocols including mask and social distancing guidelines.
  8. Golf carts will be limited to 2 people. Each cart will have a visqueen barrier between the two people. On a limited basis, golf carts for single golfers with medical concerns are available.
  9. All flag sticks will remain in holes – they will not be removed during play.
