18th Annual Corks & Forks
Our 18th Annual Corks & Forks gala is scheduled for March 7, 2026, at the luxurious Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. Chaired by Shilpan Amin, Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer at General Motors, and supported by Winning Futures board members Pete Hockey of Ford Motor Company, Marcelo Conti of General Motors, and Scott Thiele of Stellantis, this special event features a wine tasting reception, gourmet dinner, and plenty of opportunities to meet and network with senior business executives.
The Golf Social at Topgolf
Join us on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Topgolf in Auburn Hills, with our event chairs Frank Orsini, executive vice president and president of Lear’s seating business and Sham Kunjur, executive director – industrialization at General Motors. This fun afternoon event is designed with golfers of every skill level in mind and even those who have never picked up a club! The afternoon includes a VIP reception, free play, Topgolf Tournament with prizes, silent auction, dinner, and many networking opportunities.
31st Awards Celebration
Join us as we celebrate our outstanding 2024-25 students, career mentors, and sponsors. Our 2025 scholarship recipients will be announced, career mentors who are celebrating milestone anniversaries will be honored, and sponsors will be recognized for their commitment and generous support. This invitation-only event will be held on June 10, 2025.
