Tiffany DiFonzo, M.S. – Executive Assistant
Tiffany joined our team in June 2022 with a devotion to working with youth. She originally started as a program assistant but has recently switched to being our executive assistant. In her role, she works as our liaison for our student success ceremonies, oversees our career mentor background check processes, and manages the student data entry process.
Tiffany brings more than five years of collective experience in administrative assistance in the legal and higher education field. In Florida, she worked with school-aged youth in a college prep organization. She also worked as a graduate teaching assistant for undergraduate courses at Florida Atlantic University’s College of Social Work and Criminal Justice. As a graduate student, Tiffany focused her research on at-risk and disadvantaged youth and presented her findings to the local county’s Youth Reentry Subcommittee.
“Joining Winning Futures has provided me with the opportunity to positively impact our youth and show them that they can achieve anything they put their mind to,” said Tiffany.
Tiffany was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in criminology and criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University in May 2022. She has three beautiful dogs and an amazing wife who constantly motivates her to be the best version of herself. When she’s not working, Tiffany is either baking cookies or playing video games!.
