Tiffany DiFonzo, M.S. – Program Project Manager
Tiffany joined our team in June 2022 with a devotion to working with youth. She started as a Program Assistant and is now a Program Project Manager. In her role, she oversees our student/mentor matching and placement, coordinates our scholarship program, and manages student and mentor data entry.
Tiffany brings more than five years of collective experience in administrative assistance in the legal and higher education field. In Florida, she worked with school-aged youth in a college prep organization. She also worked as a graduate teaching assistant for undergraduate courses at Florida Atlantic University’s College of Social Work and Criminal Justice. As a graduate student, Tiffany focused her research on at-risk and disadvantaged youth and presented her findings to the local county’s Youth Reentry Subcommittee.
“Joining Winning Futures has provided me with the opportunity to positively impact our youth and show them that they can achieve anything they put their mind to,” said Tiffany.
Tiffany was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in criminology and criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University in May 2022. She has three beautiful dogs and an amazing wife and beautiful daughter who constantly motivate her to be the best version of herself. When she is not working, Tiffany is making the most out of her new mom life!
