Sierra Paris - Program Assistant
Sierra joined our team in January 2023 to pursue a more purpose-driven career. She has a passion for making an impact amongst our youth and any organization she is affiliated with.
As a program assistant, she helps plan and organize our in-class sessions while providing administrative support to our team. She also provides hands-on support to our students as they learn the knowledge and skills they will need to be successful.
“I believe in leaving places better than we found them. I hope to make an impactful difference for each student we come across, empowering them to succeed for years to come.”
Sierra grew up in the Highland Park area. She graduated from Paul Quinn College in Dallas, a member of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities, with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration management. When she is not spending time with family and friends, she is painting creative pieces for her art business, trying new things to challenge herself, and being a light to those around her.
