Kiana Daniels, M.Ed. - Program Facilitator-in-Training
Empowering the next generation drives everything Kiana does. As a Program Facilitator-in-Training who joined our team in August 2026, she equips young people with vital career skills, practical learning, and professional self-assurance to forge clear pathways toward achieving their career goals.
With over 14 years of dedicated student development work, Kiana brings a wealth of expertise in championing learners to unlock their full potential. Throughout her career, she has designed and managed impactful educational initiatives, guided students through critical academic transitions, and coached individuals to master practical life skills. Whether advising learners on their academic journeys, managing comprehensive student retention initiatives, or creating innovative platforms for personal and professional growth, her work has consistently centered on preparing young people for long-term fulfillment.
"Helping students discover their career passions while building real-world confidence is my true passion," said Kiana. "Guiding them to realize what’s possible for their lives is the work I was born to do."
As a proud Wolverine and Eagle, Kiana earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her graduate degree from Eastern Michigan University. Above all, she loves being a mom to her daughter. When she’s not working with students, you can find her stamping her passport on new travel adventures, decorating custom cakes, or bringing high energy to the dance floor as a Zumba instructor.
