Jeanne Ekhaml – Operations Coordinator
Jeanne believes the key to happiness is helping other people and can’t think of anything more rewarding than helping kids achieve their dreams. She joined our team in July 2023 as a Program Assistant.
As Operations Coordinator, she handles our day-to-day office operations, including donation intake, accounts payable and receivable, administrative support to our team, and buying office supplies or snacks for the kitchen.
Jeanne has worked as a freelance copyeditor and earned a Specialized Certificate in copyediting from University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining Winning Futures, she worked in digital marketing as a website content strategist and search engine optimization specialist. She's comfortable wearing many hats, which she credits for where she is today.
Jeanne is a former foster parent who enjoys making a difference where it matters most--locally, and she's proud to be part of our mission, helping empower young people in our community to achieve their dreams.

Jeanne grew up in Metropolitan Detroit and has also lived in San Diego, Pasadena, and Las Vegas. She lives in Troy with her husband, Matt, their son, Ethan, two crazy dogs and two indifferent cats. She loves trivia and playing board games.
