Amaya Davis - Program Assistant
Amaya Davis is a proud Winning Futures alumna and passionate advocate for student success. She joined the team in September 2025 as a Program Assistant, where she supports programs and connects with students to help them feel empowered and encouraged. For Amaya, this role is especially meaningful—Winning Futures played a key role in her own growth, and now she’s excited to give back.
Amaya brings experience in both education and communications. She previously worked as an Enrollment Leader at Paul Mitchell The School Michigan, guiding prospective students through their educational journeys. Before that, she served as an Administrative Assistant at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, where she supported teachers, parents, and students across multiple programs. She is currently completing her bachelor's degree in communication with a major in Public Relations, building on her associate degree from Macomb Community College. Her background has strengthened her ability to connect with students of all ages and support them in achieving their goals.
“Winning Futures supported me throughout high school and college, and it’s exciting to come full circle,” Amaya said. “Now I get to provide that same encouragement and guidance to the next generation of students.”
Amaya grew up in Warren and graduated from Warren Mott High School. She has a lifelong love of dance and even taught preschool dance classes. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and caring for her two dogs, Enzo and Coco.
