Road to Success Mentor Coaching Emails

In the Winning Futures Mentoring Programs we run locally in metro Detroit, all of our mentors go through an orientation, interview, background checks, and three-hour training before they are matched. Then, about six weeks in, we have a two hour training to focus more on the curriculum they will utilize the rest of the school year.

However, even with all of this support, mentors are more successful if we have weekly touch points by email reminding them about their upcoming session, the topic and lesson, and reminding them of anything they need to do to be prepared.
