2022-23 Workforce Prep Program

We retooled into a SEVEN-YEAR, MULTI-CHANNEL model!

High School and continuing education students need mentoring and life skills development now more than ever. In response, we retooled our Workforce Prep program into a seven-year multi-channel model. Our long-term goal remains the same – to empower students to become self-reliant, employable, and productive adults.

  • Student engagement from 10th grade through 4 years of college or trade school
  • Blend of virtual and in-person programming
  • Local business professionals serving as volunteer mentors
  • Competitive scholarships
  • Award-winning and evidence-based curriculum
  • Engaging students in Detroit, Harper Woods, Warren, Pontiac, and Sterling Heights
