Winning Futures, an award winning, school-based mentoring program, will present its premier fundraiser – the fifth annual Corks and Forks – on Saturday, February 9, 2013. This will mark the first time this public event will be held in February. As always, the exclusive Reserve at the Big Rock Chop House in Birmingham, Michigan will serve as host. The event will feature over 40 different wines made available through partnership with PRP Wine International. Corks and Forks patrons will also sample a variety of martinis and be served a gourmet buffet. Patrick Photographic Studios will be in attendance to professionally photograph guests free of charge and deejay will play throughout the party.
In addition, VIP Party attendees will enjoy a selection of unique wines along with martinis and hors d’oeuvres. A silent auction and Pull-a-Cork raffle will also be part of the festivities, as will the presentation of the first Sam Cupp Impact Award. This honor – given in memory of Winning Futures’ late founder, Sam Cupp – will be received by an individual who has impacted their community through charity work, education, or creating opportunities for individuals to have their own business.
Please note that all guests must be 21 years old to attend.
